What to expect
The Deep Anchor Collective is a structured, four-month executive recalibration for leaders who are done operating on autopilot and ready to lead from depth again. Through disciplined conversations, applied frameworks, and real accountability, you’ll realign how you think, decide, and lead - so your leadership feels deliberate and passionate again, not just effective.

Choose from two sessions: Spring (March - June) or Summer (May - August). Each month consists of one 6-minute virtual group meeting, supported by approximately one hour for personal preparation and integration.

Program concludes with a 1:1 Executive Integration Session with Coach Christy to lock in actionable clarity as you move forward.

The program runs for four months and consists of one focused 60-minute live session each month, plus access to a private online community and a curated library of leadership tools and worksheets. Each cohort follows the same disciplined arc, moving from clarity to control to core to capacity. The program concludes with a 1:1 Executive Integration Session to anchor your leadership presence.

This structure is intentional. It protects the depth, trust, and psychological safety of the community, and allows the work to unfold over the four months.
Because of this, cancellations are not offered by default.
That said, I also lead with humanity. If you experience significant, unforeseen circumstances that impact your ability to participate, I invite you to reach out. When appropriate, I’m open to exploring options such as shift to a future start date if available.
Any exceptions are handled case by case and at my discretion, with care for both the individual and the integrity of the Collective as a whole.
